Welcome to SMP@Koes (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from players who join and participate in our Survival Multiplayer (SMP) Minecraft server.
By joining or using our server, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Section titled “1. Information We Collect”We may collect the following types of information when you connect to our Minecraft server:
1.1 In-Game Data
Section titled “1.1 In-Game Data”- Your Minecraft username and UUID (unique user ID).
- Chat messages and commands executed on the server.
- Player activity logs (e.g., playtime, block interactions, deaths, coordinates for moderation).
- Inventory and economy-related data (if applicable).
1.2 Technical Information
Section titled “1.2 Technical Information”- IP address and connection timestamps (for moderation and security).
- Server performance metrics and error logs.
1.3 Optional Information
Section titled “1.3 Optional Information”If you connect through our website, Discord, or other linked services, we may also collect:
- Discord usernames and IDs (for verification or rank synchronization).
- Email addresses or social handles (only if voluntarily provided).
2. How We Use Your Information

- Maintain and operate the server.
- Moderate chat and player behavior.
- Prevent cheating, abuse, or security threats.
- Improve gameplay experience and server performance.
- Communicate with players (via in-game messages, Discord, or other platforms).

However, data may be shared in the following cases:
- With trusted staff or administrators for moderation and technical purposes.
- To comply with legal requirements or respond to lawful requests.
- With third-party plugins or services only if required for gameplay functionality (e.g., whitelist systems, Discord bot integrations).
4. Data Retention
Section titled “4. Data Retention”We keep logs and player data for as long as necessary to maintain server integrity, moderation records, or technical troubleshooting.
You may request deletion of personal data (excluding essential gameplay data) by contacting the server administration team.
5. Security
Section titled “5. Security”We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
However, please note that no online service is 100% secure.
6. Cookies and External Services
Section titled “6. Cookies and External Services”If you use our website, forums, or store, these may use cookies or third-party integrations (e.g., PayPal, Tebex, or Discord OAuth).
Those services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review separately.
7. Children’s Privacy
Section titled “7. Children’s Privacy”Our server is intended for players aged 13 and older.
If you are under 13, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to play.
8. Your Rights
Section titled “8. Your Rights”You have the right to:
- Request access to your data.
- Request correction or deletion of your data (when applicable).
- Withdraw consent for data collected through linked services.
To exercise these rights, contact a server administrator.
